Beth Haff

Beth is from Fletcher, Oklahoma and a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University. She had intended to be a children’s minister at a church, and while she never expected to be in an agricultural career, even with the many years participating in 4-H and FFA, she eventually couldn’t resist the “call back home!”

Beth finds helping farmers and ranchers create a risk management plan that brings them peace of mind to be a worthy and fulfilling job, and getting to know the very people she helps is the icing on top. Beyond agriculture, she is excited to bring AgDefense's approach to people of all backgrounds so that anyone and everyone can experience the confidence of a worry-free lifestyle. She is a people-person to the core and enjoys forming relationships built on trust and respect.

Beth lives with her growing family in Elgin, Oklahoma. Shane, her husband, teaches. Their kids Allen, Ruth, and Celine are all the same age and keep the home lively and active (and messy and loud!). Having triplets makes hobbies and interests fairly obsolete for Beth and Shane both, but when the kids spend the night with their Mimi and Papa, (David Jones, fellow AgDefense agent) Beth enjoys painting.
