The list of things which could go wrong is too long, but there is a plan that can give you peace of mind. Our "You talk, we listen" approach examines all aspects of your farming operation enabling us to customize a risk protection strategy for you. Think of us as your rainfall insurance personal advisors. We have the knowledge and experience, and you set the path. We'd even help if your cows got out!

Crop Insurance

Recent data indicates weather-related crop losses in the U.S. exceeded $6.5 billion, with less than half protected by crop insurance! Crop/Hail or Multiple Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) are the most common risk management products used to protect crops in the U.S. MPCI is a part of the Federal Crop Insurance Program and subsidized, so you aren't paying full price for that precious protection. Each program/crop in MPCI has a different deadline, meaning they can't be purchased anytime in the year. Crop/Hail is a private product and not subsidized, but can be purchased anytime during the growing season (even up to two hours before an impending storm). While these programs might seem daunting, they aren't! Our "You talk, we listen" approach will help you wade through the mumbo-jumbo to determine what protection is best for your farming operation. You can even talk to us from your tractor, since that's where we know you spend a lot of your time!
